疫情期間派送服務安排更新

Update on the Delivery Arrangement under COVID-19 Outbreaks

疫情期間瀛風盡力維持收件及派件服務,惟疫情持續惡化,瀛風現已面對非常大的營運壓力。請留意以下最新的收貨及派送安排:

  1. 派送單或會安排於收件後3日內派送,如未能於訂單原派送日期安排的訂單,瀛風將安排通知受影響的客戶改派日期。
  2. 收貨時間會因應司機派送進度而有所延遲,請商家耐心等候同事收貨。
  3. 星期日的收貨服務將暫停

瀛風會因應情況,於下星期開始推行車期派送,以方便商家/客戶安排派送日期,將會盡快通知最新安排。瀛風將繼續努力為各位安排收貨及派送服務。為各位客戶帶來不便,我司深感抱歉,並希望能盡快回復正常服務。

Ying Fung tried to maintain pickup and delivery services under the COVID-19 Outbreaks. However, the outbreaks are continually deteriorating, and Ying Fung is facing high pressure in the operations. Please pay attention to the following updates on the service arrangement.

1.      The orders may be delivered within 3 days once picked up. For those orders with cannot be delivered on the scheduled date, we would notify the customers of the re-schedule arrangement. 

2.      The pickup time may be delayed depending on the delivery progress, please be patient and wait for the pickup arrangement.

3.      The pickup services on Sunday will be suspended. 

 

For the convenience of merchants/customers to arrange delivery, Ying Fung might implement a delivery schedule next week depending on the status of outbreaks. Yung Fung would try all methods and resources to provide pickup and delivery services. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused and hope to resume the normal services as soon as possible.
