疫情期間派送服務安排更新 (2022年3月9日更新)

Update on the Delivery Arrangement under COVID-19 Outbreaks (Updated as on 9 March 2022)

明白疫情期間大眾對物流的需求急增,瀛風一直盡力維持收貨及派送服務予客戶。為方便客戶安排物流及協調資源處理訂單,以下為最新派送服務安排,敬請留意:

  1. B2C派送車期將於3月11日起實施,詳情請參考以下車期圖表。如派送日期有任何延誤,將另外通知客戶;
  2. 每天派送時段為11:00 – 20:00;
  3. 如派送地址於14天內曾有確診病例或曾被納入強制檢測範圍/圍封,將安排客戶到地下或強制檢驗範圍外交收;
  4. 星期日的收貨及派送服務將於3月13日起暫停;
  5. 收貨時間會因應司機派送進度而有所延遲,請商家耐心等候同事收貨。

Ying Fung understands the demand of logistics increased under the Covid-19 outbreaks and we attempted to maintain the pickup and delivery services to customer. To convenient the customers on arranging the orders and plan for the resources, please pay attention to the new updates on the delivery services.

  1. The delivery schedule for Home/Office delivery will be launched at 11 March and please refer to the Delivery Schedule Table for more details;
  2. The delivery timeslot is from 11:00 to 20:00;
  3. The address either has been reported the COVID-19 infections, lockdown, or included in the compulsory testing notice within 14 days, the driver may contact and coordinate the shipment handover with receivers at the ground floor of the building or outside the specified premises listed of compulsory testing;
  4. The pickup & delivery services on Sunday will be suspended starting from 13 March;
  5. The pickup time may be delayed depending on the delivery progress, please be patient and wait for the pickup arrangement.
