- 恢復參考派送時段服務# ( 11:00 – 16:00 / 16:00 – 20:00)，部分地區有固定派送時段；
- 除大廈(處所)管理處/保安員以疫情為由拒絕司機上門派送外，一般派送將安排派送上門^ (包括曾有確診或疑似2019冠狀病毒病個案的大廈)。如電話無法聯繫收方預約派送，將安排司機直接上門試派。如上門無人，將由CS與客戶預約 或 延至安排下一個工作日派送；

As the pandemic situation eases, starting from 3rd May (Tuesday), Ying Fung services will be adjusted as followings and resumed normal gradually.
- Referenced delivery timeslots# (11:00 – 16:00 / 16:00 – 20:00) will be resumed. Delivery to certain areas will be arranged between a particular timeslot.
- Except refusal of entry from property management office / security guard due to pandemic, shipment will be delivered to door in general^ (Including the address either has been reported the COVID-19 infections, lockdown, or included in the compulsory testing notice). If appointment is unable to be made due to call unreachable, delivery assistance will arrange delivery attempt. If the attempt is unsuccessful, the shipment will be returned to warehouse and arrange another attempt on next working day, or the date scheduled with CS.
- Customer can coordinate with delivery assistance for a touch-free delivery.
- The pickup & delivery services on Sunday will remain suspended.
#No guaranteed or specified delivery time arrangement. Actual delivery time subjects to the traffic condition and routing.
^For the delivery to Tong Lau or buildings without lift, receiver is required to pick the shipment on the ground. For the delivery to village, receiver is required to pick the shipment at gateway or a specified location.
*Meant in general putting the shipment at doorstep/concierge. Since shipment may be refrigerated, customer should collect the shipment as soon as possible.
